What a glad and glor'ous morning, When Christ comes on His way; And says, dear blessed children, Come home with me to stay: Then we'll join our blessed loved ones In the homeland of the soul, And we'll sing to Him great praises, While the endless ages roll. In that homeland over yonder, Where we shall never die; And there will be no parting, No tears to dim the eye; What a happy, happy feeling, Just to know all care is o'er, We will live in that blest homeland, Safe with Christ forever more.
